Design & Materials Consultation

Excavation & Sub-Base
Our crews strip the existing surface and excavate to the required depth. We compact crushed stone hardcore in layers using a vibrating roller. Mountain-edge sites with shallow bedrock get adjusted excavation depth, peat-edge sites get geotextile separation, coastal sites get drainage detail to handle high water tables.
Patio Installation
20mm porcelain on full sand-and-cement bed with hand-pointed joints, natural stone with proper riven or sawn finishes bedded on full mortar, block paving on screeded bedding sand. Each material has its own technique and timing window. Correct falls for drainage are set at this stage.
Handover & Aftercare
We walk you through the finished patio, explain any curing or settling time, and provide care guidance. All waste is cleared from site, garden and footpath are left spotless. We remain on the end of the phone if you ever have questions or want a follow-up visit.
