Free Site Survey
We visit your Dublin property to measure the area, assess the existing surface, check drainage falls and inspect the ground conditions underneath. If your soil is the heavy boulder clay common across south Dublin, we factor that into the specification from the start. You receive a detailed written quote within 48 hours with no hidden extras.
Design & Materials Consultation
Once you are happy with the quote, we walk you through the material options that suit your property and budget. We discuss surface types, edging details, colour choices for block paving or resin, and drainage solutions. If your front garden is over 5 square metres and currently unpaved, we advise on SuDS-compliant approaches to meet Dublin council requirements.
Excavation & Sub-Base
Our crews strip the old surface and excavate to the required depth, typically 250mm to 300mm depending on soil type. All spoil is removed and disposed of responsibly. We then lay and compact crushed stone sub-base in layers using a vibrating roller. This foundation is the single most important factor in how long your driveway lasts, and we never cut corners on it.
Surface Installation
Whether we are machine-laying hot tarmac, hand-laying block paving, trowelling resin bound aggregate, spreading gravel or applying tar and chip, each material has its own technique and timing requirements. Our crews are trained in all five surface types, so you get specialist-level installation regardless of which driveway you choose. We set correct falls for drainage at this stage.
Handover & Aftercare
We walk you through the finished driveway, explain any curing or settling time specific to your chosen material, and provide care guidance so your surface stays looking its best for years.
