We contacted Paul to give us a quote on our driveway. His company was recommended to us by one of our neighbours and we noted that his website was informative and professional. We had a gravel driveway that had seen better days and we were tired of topping it up with stones so we decided to go for a tarmac option instead. There was a lot of clearing out to do and Paul and his crew had it cleaned out in no time!

I have to say they were fantastic workers and very tidy. They cleared everything out on the first day and laid the tarmac the next day and everything was done by 11am the following day! I run a Montessori school from my home and it was crucial there was minimum disturbance for the parents dropping their children to school. Paul ensured this was the case. Overall, we were delighted with the workmanship of Delaney Tarmac & Paving and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Your design to both our front and back gardens left no stone unturned. Our back garden was merged perfectly with our home and effectively "brought the back into our house", which has resulted in a feel of an additional room in our home.

Dear Paul,

I am delighted with my new front garden. From the outset it was very easy to work with Paul. Before giving me a quote, Paul took the time to listen very carefully to the concerns I had with regards to the lack of drainage and the flooding that occurred when it rained. He discussed how this problem could be resolved and what the re-designed garden could look like. From this he was able to come up with an estimate. As this was slightly above what we could afford, we discussed what amendments we could make to bring it in on our budget without taking away from the design or quality of the materials. Once this was decided, the completed job did not go over this by even one cent; there were NO hidden extras. I wasn't asked for a deposit. Neither did I have to pay until the job was completed to my satisfaction.

It was a massive job as even before the landscapers could begin, the front had to be cleared and levelled. The creative design developed by Paul was drawn out on the ground so that I could see what it would look like. Approval was sought before Paul began. In three days my front garden was transformed from a muddy, gravelly car-park of a mess to a beautiful garden with lawn and yet there is still ample room for parking up to five cars. 
I would highly recommend Paul Delaney and his team to design, pave and landscape your outdoor space.

In the summer of 2012 my wife and I finally agreed that the exterior of our house was in a sorry state and detracting from the overall look of our property. Extensive work was called for; drive way needed, new tarmac, side and back pathways needed new paving, front and side flower beds needed to be redesigned, the patio needed a complete overhaul and the front steps needed replacing.
